Founder & Managing Director
Jayous is our Founder and Managing Director. She has over 14 years’ experience in business development and recruitment & human resources, having helped countless companies in Europe and Asia with their recruitment goals.
Jayous assists our clients to penetrate and enhance their presence in the Asia market. She has worked with businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies, providing professional support to them on how to streamline their hiring process, attract and retain talent, and save money in the process.
Having worked in the recruitment and human resources industry for many years, she felt dissatisfied with the old-school approaches used both in-house and within recruitment agencies. As a result, she founded Career Pond in 2021 to bring a fresh perspective to the market and a renewed approach to how people deal with a recruitment company.
Jayous holds an Executive Master’s in Human Resource Management from IRL Cornell University in the United States.
